Does Weather Affect My Menstrual Cycle?
Cheeky Team
Weather can definitely affect your period, though not exactly in a direct way. For people who live in climates with big seasonal weather changes they might experience shorter periods in the summer and longer ones in the winter. Basically many people ovulate more in the summer than in the winter. In the summer people are also typically a lot more active and will experience less severe PMS.
