If you have not seen your package after 72 hours after it says it was delivered, please reach out to us at hi@cheekybonsai.com. We are not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or any delays caused by our delivery partners due to weather or other causes beyond our control.

Once your order is placed, processing may take up to 2-3 days. After your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at hi@cheekybonsai.com to initiate a return. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing.

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee any changes to orders after they have been placed. If you would like to make any changes, please reach out to hi@cheekybonsai.com about your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit your order as it may have been processed and/or shipped out.

We have provided your tracking number for you to be able to track your order once it has shipped. Our standard shipping option generally delivers in 5-7 business days after it has left our warehouse and our expedited shipping option delivers in 3-4 days, but there may be delays with our mail carrier.
