What Do Different Colors of Discharge Mean?

Cheeky Team

Clear or milky white vaginal discharge is totally normal. If the discharge is while and clumpy, then you might have a yeast infection. If discharge is gray-ish and smells fishy changes are you have bacterial vaginosis (BV). Yellow or green-ish discharge might signal trichomoniasis or other sexually transmitted infections.

A yeast infection is treated with either an oral or intravaginal antifungal medication, while BV and trichomoniasis are treatable with antibiotics.
