**Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions**

1. **Eligibility**: Individuals or entities interested in becoming affiliates of Cheeky Bonsai ("Company") must apply through our official application process. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2. **Commissions**: Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link or code. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

3. **Payment**: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold determined by the Company. Payments will be made via the preferred method specified by the affiliate during registration.

4. **Promotional Guidelines**: Affiliates are expected to promote Company products in a truthful, ethical, and professional manner. Any false or misleading claims, spammy tactics, or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of commissions.

5. **Intellectual Property**: Affiliates may use approved Company logos, images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Company products. Any unauthorized use of Company intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. **Term and Termination**: The affiliate agreement is effective upon acceptance by the Company and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

7. **Modification of Terms**: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to affiliates. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

8. **Confidentiality**: Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Company, including but not limited to sales data, customer information, and marketing strategies.

9. **Indemnification**: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the affiliate's participation in the program.

10. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By applying to become an affiliate of Cheeky Bonsai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
