I've been tracking my period more so my boyfriend knows when I'm going to get moody before my period.

I put one of these on when I was starting to feel down while PMSing and I felt so much better and had so much energy to get through the day. I love these so much and so does my BF!

I’ve been loving these Mood Queen patches!

On my period I feel super drained and tired all the time so these patches really help give me a boost of energy. They are a great pick me up and I’m loving the pink heart shape too. They are a great size that easily fit in my purse.
